Background / Introduction

Ever increasing worries about what activities children engage in, which life values, influences and role models they choose to reflect, support  the Sports Junction® case that now more than ever the role of sport for young people is of utmost importance.  We believe that building an Internet based channel – an arena with which the whole age group is wholly comfortable and familiar- is the best way to talk to this audience either through the desktop or- very soon- the mobile phone.

Sports Junction® began to look at this subject some time ago, with the initial feeling that having won the 2012 Olympics site in London, a drive to increase the numbers of youngsters in sport by that date would be beneficial to sport, the youngsters and to society.
